What we collect

Your name, mobile number, neighborhood, time zone, age confirmation, and tennis preferences. The onboarding call is recorded and transcribed to build your profile. We also keep operational records: consent history, message and call status, opt-outs, profile approvals, and introduction decisions.

Every profile field is labeled by where it came from, whether you said it, Crossy inferred it, you corrected it later, or it was left blank. Cross Court never substitutes a rating it does not have.

How we use it

To run onboarding, let you review your profile, find compatible partners, ask both players for consent, make introductions, answer support, prevent abuse, and meet legal and carrier requirements.

Mobile information and messaging consent

Cross Court does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, text-messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with service providers who deliver and support the service on our behalf, and only for that purpose.

Message frequency varies with your onboarding and matchmaking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

What we share

Nothing reaches another player until you both say yes. Each proposed match asks you separately whether to share contact details. First name, mobile number, and city are disclosed only after both players accept, and a later pass cannot undo that. We may also disclose information where the law requires it or to protect safety.

Retention and security

The encrypted recording and raw transcript are deleted 24 hours after successful profile delivery and no later than seven days after the call. They sit apart from the application database, reachable only by the automated recovery service, and our voice provider retains no copy. You may withdraw recording consent by closing onboarding before the call, or request deletion afterward.

Unverified signups are removed after 24 hours, voice-session metadata after 90 days, passed or expired match proposals after one year, and text delivery and consent evidence after 400 days. Account, profile, and consent records stay while we need them to run the service. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service is perfectly secure.

Your choices

Approve your profile before it enters the pool. You can leave the matching pool at any time from your private profile, or reply STOP to end texts. For access, correction, or deletion, email will@willweinbach.com. Some compliance records may be retained where required.

Adults only

Cross Court is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
